Step 1. Choose a Name for Your LLC Arizona
Creating an LLC in Arizona requires you to choose a business name before you can file a Articles of Organization. Be sure that your business name complies with the Arizona naming requirements and can be searched by potential customers.

Step 2: Appoint Your Statutory Agent in Arizona
