Most Americans continue to rate their lives pretty well but see the years under 40 as the best for the majority of people.

Sixty-seven percent (67%) of American Adults now rate their own life as good or excellent, according to a new Rasmussen Reports survey. That’s up from 61% in October 2010. In May 2006, 68% gave their lives good or excellent marks. Just eight percent (8%) now consider their lives poor. (To see survey question wording, click here.)
