Human Resource Planning

According to service industry news source DSNews.com, the unemployment rate fell in 42 states and the District of Columbia month-over-month in December. This points to an increase in hiring across the country, and Wise Business Plans, which provides individualized, custom-designed business plans, is stepping up its Human Resource Planning services in 2021.

Strategic Human Resource PlanningHuman Resource Planning:

“All of our business plans include personnel charts and an in-depth look at management structures,” said Joseph Ferriolo, director of Wise. “But as more companies look to add staff in 2021, we really want to help them plan not only for their needs now, but also to sculpt their hiring structures of the future. In light of that, we’re really focusing on working with clients to plan their personnel needs in the next few months.”

Ferriolo said over-hiring and under-hiring can be equally bad, but they carry different sets of problems. Wise can help clients hit the hiring sweet-spot, he said. “it’s an exciting time to be building a company, but you never want to get carried away and overextend yourself. We help clients grow at a manageable rate, so they can sustain their success and retain the people they hire into their work families.”
