Wise Now Working to Help EB-5 Regional Centers Stay Compliant and Stay Open

According to The National Law Review, since January the USCIS has maintained a list of EB-5 Regional Centers that have had their designations terminated for non-compliance, and as of June, 34 centers had been affected. Wise Business Plans, which works with investors around the world, is announcing its renewed commitment to helping centers start and stay compliant.

“Regional centers can have their participation terminated for something as simple as not turning in an annual form correctly filled out or not on time, or for something as complicated as not having a strong we ought economic impact,” said Joseph Ferriolo, Director of Wise. “It can be devastating to these centers to put so much work into the process and their development, only to be shut down. But compliance is very important to the process.”

Because of this, Ferriolo said the company’s MBA-educated writers are well-versed not only in the processes and procedures for applying for EB-5 regional center status, but also the economic research necessary for making the greatest economic impact on a given area.

“A well-run regional center can have such a positive impact on the community and the U.S economy as a whole,” said Ferriolo. “We want to do anything we can to support them and help them start strong and thrive.”
