Everyone knows the importance of keeping appointments, but it seems to be one of those things that people plan to do and can’t quite manage. Remember that the other person’s time is just as valuable as yours.
The point is, clients and others who interact with you will notice these things, and it will make an impression on them as to whether or not to do business with you in the future. There is a lot of competition out there, and you will need to be as sharp as possible. Paying attention to the small details is just one of the many ways you can stay ahead of the crowd.
